Review: 'Knuckle'
'Living Hell'

-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: '10th April 2014'

Our Rating:
Blues rock duos may be in vogue right now, with no small thanks to the Black Keys, and Knuckle are on trend in their approach. But the Leeds pair’s debut single shows theirs is a sound that’s heavier, ballsier, meaner than many of their peers – as is fitting of the name.

They sound like the band photo looks: hard-drinkin’, hard-hittin’, rough ‘n’ ready guys with fire in their bellies. ‘Living Hell’ marries thumping percussion to a dirty great guitar riff, hollering vocals swagger and brawl through the whole mess and it’s bloody great.
