Currently touring in the US, Ann Wilson is a US roots music powerhouse who has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, such is her pedigree.
Her first solo EP, 'The Ann Wilson Thing' is a delightful collection of blues and soul soaked tunes which do the veteran vocalist proud and explore all of her incredible range. Each of the four tracks offers something different for the listener to enjoy, whether it's the powerful belting of Wilson's acclaimed vocals or the quieter, more delicate moments. The fact is, that vocal shines throughout, backed by stunningly captured and produced blues backing.
