Review: 'Pretty Little Enemy'
'Bitch PLEase! (EP)'

-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: '3rd June 2016'

Our Rating:
So, it turns out that Pretty Little Enemy were formerly three-fifths of Som,,erset melodic metal outfit Zoltar Speaks. So what’s new, apart from singer Louise Body changing her hair from primary red to primary blue in the latest round of promo shots, and a move to a more trashy / grunge wardrobe? Well, they’re going for a Coheed and Cambria / Killswitch Engage meets Skink Anansie vibe this time around.

For the record, the title is intended to be ‘provocative’. Only, it’s not really provocative. It’s not even especially offensive. It just seems a bit naff and lacking in imagination. It’s fair summary of their local band down the pub stab at rock music, as it happens.
