Review: 'Gold, Ethan'
'Not Me. Us'

-  Label: 'I-Tunes/Spotify'
-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: '22.5.20.'

Our Rating:
This is Ethan Golds latest single and it not only lifts its title from Bernie Sanders main failed campaign slogan, it builds on the notion we all need to collaborate to make the world a better place. The song sounds like a modern Hymn that is striving to make us all connect to each other and to struggle together to overcome the current obstacles to a better environment and a more peaceful sustainable world, It builds nicely and the gospel choir style backing vocals are very cool. If this was overtly Christian, which it's not, it could be a huge hit on the Hillsong network.

The B-side or is it a previous single, in these days of single downloads it's hard to delineate stuff like that, is Our Love Is Beautiful which is a wistful strummed plea for more love and beauty in the world with a nice laid back feel that is also campaigning to make the world a better place and to move away from our most destructive urges and in that it succeeds in being pleasantly thought provoking.
