Vacance are a trio from Bordeaux who describe themselves as "falsely carefree, indolently melodic, and unashamedly synthetic.
Allison Treutenaere is the singer and song writer, Laurent Billy plays keyboards, and Michaël Korchia is the group's "handyman" who composed most of the music.
This is their first album and is released on a Greek record label.
They take their cues from synthesized English New Romantic bands such as Depeche Mode, OMD or Human League as well as being influenced by the 1980s French post-punk scene.

All eleven songs are all sung in French which saves time trying to analise the lyrics. I doubt I'm missing much.
The dreamy pop mood is bright'n'breezy and made me think of Summer.
With a total playing time of just over half an hour, it doesn't outstay its welcome.
