Review: 'Dmitry Wild'
'Don't Need Anybody'

-  Label: 'Bandcamp/I-Tunes'
-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: '1.12.21.'

Our Rating:
This is the latest single from Hudson New York based singer/guitarist and Moscow born Dmitry Wild. This single is ahead of his new album that's due out in 2022. You can also buy his latest book Why Be Normal?

Don't Need Anybody is a basic glam rock tune that has a sort of Slade style stomp but with better spelling and diction, as Dmitry tells us how he can do everything himself, but without sounding too up himself, it has a cool squiggly guitar solo between verses, on a song that should make the play list at the Loners and Losers club if it's still going.

Summer Of 21 is trying to make out that Summer Of 21 should have been a proper bacchanal, in among the ruins of what used to be our lives, as this celebration of going out stomps around, stealing lines from early David Bowie songs and glam guitar lines, like wide lapels are back in style this has a bit of a Mott The Hoople feel to it.
