Our Rating:
BCMC is a new duo made up of Cooper Crain and Bill McKay who are certain that anyone listening in will be making their own list of favorite foreign smokes to acquire to help them listen to this album, from Sobrani Cocktail Cigarettes, to Gauloise, through to some Indian Bidi's along with heaps of Moroccan hash and Jamaican Lambs Bread, pick your own fave foreign Smokes, even get a Cuban cigar, sit back relax light up and enjoy BCMC.

The four-track album opens with Foreign Smokes that appears to refer to a massive Gauloise Kif Bifter that you'll need to smoke while leaning back listening to this careful ambient chill out tune slowly build, wrapping itself around your brain, as you take increasingly deep tokes to get to the core of where they wish to take you. Journey to the core of slow strummed guitar, plucked as if you can barely move your fingers, you're so stoned.

The Swarm can be heard approaching from the distance, time to take cover, or be ready to be inundated, as the swarm slowly approach, the sustained keyboard lines gently buzz, as the only thing that might repel the swarm are some Clove cigarettes with camphor incense, otherwise you will need to lie still and let the sounds of the swarm wash over you, as the synths emerge to gently caress your mind.

Ripple In High Tide as the Dhoop sticks smoke wafts across the water, obscuring the pungent wafts of smoke coming from the Pyre burning bright by High Tide, shimmering guitars Ripple across the speakers, as the smoke dances, singing bowls meditating on the way the different smokes intertwine in the distance, as you sit cross legged taking it all in. Ghostly figures emerge, plucked out of the foggy atmosphere.

Sunset Saturn temple balls, ear candles with Patchouli oil burners infuse the beatific air, softly enveloping everything, as you lay back and gaze at the planets through a telescope. Zeroing in on Saturn as a spectacular sunset unfolds.
