Our Rating:
Only More Is Enough is the new Ep from Seattle's Royal Blunder who love elegant mistakes, they are led by Robert Cochrane alongside his sons Devin and Cullen and Bruce Waterman, Danny Wood and Neil Erickson and co producer David Zaffiro all of whom have played in a multitude of other bands.

The EP opens with The Clock that has a metronomic bassline leading into an indie-Psych pop song with some Only Ones style twists for the Clock watcher at the centre of this drama.

Only More Is Enough the credo of deeply addicted junkies the world over, only this junkie is chasing the most elusive drug of all, Love with a woman so beautiful she stops him in his tracks, so he only ever wants more of that stuff, he intends to persuade her one cool guitar solo at a time, how could she ever resist relieving him of his loneliness and make a decent husband out of him.

Sherlock Holmes rumbles like a train pulling out of Baker Street station in the dead of night, trying to solve all of lives mysteries, such as why he hasn't got everything he needs, the backing vocals adorn all his thoughts, splicing up several stories into one three and a bit minute song.

Blink and you'll miss this Ep which would be a shame, the insistent sound attempts to grow a beard, while solving all of his issues with modern living and how it makes them feel. He'll be screaming in ecstasy and pain the more this goes on.
