Mixed by Ger Kiely, Pete Varkala, Tim Goulding. Recorded at Beara Studios (Eyeries, Co. Cork) & Acme Recording Co. (Dublin) Mastered at Windmill Lane Masterlabs, Dublin. Tim Goulding was joined by Mary Greene, Jimmy Bergin, John Eagle, Laura Baker, Aileen Tighe, Liam Mulvaney, The Usual Suspects, Ivan Pawle, Gitti Maas, Ed Jolliffe, Andy Phillpott, Pete Varkala, James Delaney, Stuart Doyle, Ger Kiely, Kevin Murphy, Ed Jolliffe, Brian O’Toole, Dan Sweeney, Barnes Goulding, Wayne Sheehy, Niol Sweeney, Kayser Cheesemore, Spectrasonics Liquid Grooves, Juan 'Cuco' Castillano, Padraig Murphy, Robin Bynoe, Davy McFarlane, Joe Thoma and Camille Goulding.

The album opens with On The Fly that has a Hip-hop dance rock feel, totally in tune with the turn of the millennium, for someone who is living their life like a leaf in the breeze, rather than in a Gangsta's Paradise. Before they dance the night away to that flute solo. Piece Of Cod is more of a traditional Irish folk song for the brave Cod Fishermen, who are hopefully not overfishing the Irish sea, this has a laid-back feel for the salty adventures on the high seas.

O-Mane is an Irish folk tale set to a shuffling beat, taking us deep into the dark woods, with all sorts of traditional instruments and strings taking us on a journey into Ultramarine like territory.

Father's Song is slow piano led reflections on his father's life and adventures, some of which were not revealed while Tim was young. The roaming following that Tin Whistle to where the piano can get jazzy and open up memories of which Father never uttered a word.

The Miracle uses traditional folk strumming and adds dub elements, a dance beat and the begging and pleading to let you be his friend, you will get along fine, it will feel like The Miracle you have been searching for. Broken Relations is searching for new horizons and a fresh way of thinking and living with the country-tinged folk-rock backing leading the search for better ways of communicating with each other.

Tim then becomes a Footsoldier in the army of love over a Nina Simone style piano blues, with hymnal qualities for fighting the blues and making sure we all live in a world that is filled with far more love than hate.

Riding high with some Spanish guitar in the middle of the night carrying a cargo of love, this is gentle seduction under the clear moonlight, he will find that special love. O-Mane Unwaxed takes that shuffling beat and strips things back to a dubbier space, with a Portishead/Trans-Global Underground style vibe through an Irish sieve, this folk tale unravels. Eagle Hill is a classical leaning piano and string meditation on the glories of Eagle Hill.

He closes the album with Toast Your Own a wonderfully askew synth rap pop song, with a cheeky grin on it's face, for all the things he suggests you Toast Your Own for, while sounding like Urban Turban meets Baz Lurmann's Sunscreen song.
