The second release in a series called ‘The Eighth Climate’ is curated by Italy’s ATME Records features a collaboration between Lorenzo Setti (ATOMI) and music producer Corgiat.
It was recorded in Villarbasse located about 20 kilometres west of Turin.
The label give this short track quite a big build up saying how the two artists “delve deeply into emotional exploration” with the ego being the main subject.
With so much to delve into, it makes me wonder why the ‘exploration’ is confined to just four minutes.
A garbled and indecipherable spoken word poem Traiettorie (Trajectories) is introduced half way through to muddy the waters.
It’s an ok-ish dark synth piece but there really isn’t enough here to give any definitive judgement.
