Not content to simply ride the fame of last year's re-issued number one, ‘Is this The Way To Amarillo?, TONY CHRISTIE is trying to cash in on football fever by releasing a ridiculously predictable follow up.
‘(Is This The Way To) The World Cup’ has -unsurprisingly - replaced the words of the former hit with inspired lyrics along the lines of “England will win the world cup”. Perfect for drunken fans to sing along to but a bore for everyone else.
