Our Rating:
After tricking you in to thinking this album will be another sound scape filled atmospheric affair something happens and we see or rather hear the true nature of this beast.

Funky soul hip hop beats, Think Fun Lovin' Criminals on a budget but more ghetto. What type of album is this though? Well it steered me through my on-line bidding (thank you e-bay) to acquire a new lamp. To be honest, I hardly remembered putting this on and had to keep looking at the cover to see who it was. The lyrics are lost in the mix and the don't really have to be here. For my money, this could be a great instrumental album. With the lyrics it sounds more like dinner party music for those trying to show how hip they are “ya ya Christian this is so Gangster, now pass me the Ballotine of Ham Hock and Langoustine with Artichoke Puree,Quail Egg Beignet and Fennel Pollen."

I might be missing the point. I hope so, because I really do like the music just not when bolted to the lyrics. But all music deserves a chance right? So find this, listen to it and judge for your self, you might be missing a real gem. I doubt it though, to be brutally honest.
