Review: 'A Silent Escape'
'A Silent Escape'

-  Album: 'A Silent Escape'
-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: '4th June 2012'

Our Rating:
Listening to this album, I experienced a sad, sinking feeling, an all-too familiar sense of déjà écoute. Put simply, this could be any ‘rock’ album from the last, I dunno, five years or more. Everything’s in place – the chugging guitars, twiddly solos, dual vocals – one melodic, one screaming, energetic, upbeat anthems that all sound identical to one another. Production-line rebellion, you can practically hear the generic haircuts and shit tattoos.

There’s little point in reviewing this in depth, because there isn’t any, and besides, any comments I could make I’ve already made, and even a copy and paste effort is more than this lot deserve.

If only they were silent: enough already!
