Okay. This jumps out of the starting blocks like a dog that has just broken the rope it's bedraggled owner is using as a lead while making sure that the walls are covered in anarchy symbols and slogans of resistance against who knows what.
Soon enough the singer, Tara McCormack, is shouting in our ears that This Is Not A Dignified Way To Make A Living and listing a bunch of reasons over the sort of backing that screams 'dog on a rope punk' that has as much in common with The Levellers as with Agnostic Front or Crass. Well, if you remove Tara's voice which has something of Karen Finley's circa Lick It about it.
That's before she starts sounding like Katie Jane Gartside on 5 grams of bathtub speed on My Ebola: a ferocious and angry blast that should be enough to scare any faint hearts away from, especially if they believe her Ebola may be infectious and catching.
The third track on the EP is the curveball of the bunch for me, as it has Novelty Hit written all over it in magic marker. Yes, Party Fight seems to meld Andrew WK style dumb party rock with a plea for a partner to treat her like the sort of Gay bloke who needs to have a fight with another bloke before making up and buggering each other senseless. If you get my drift. It is both catchy and annoying in equal measures and you can also see a Pink! Get The Party Started style video, providing you realise that this one ends in a mass brawl-cum-orgy!

They finish off with a cover of I Hate Work by Millions Of Dead Cops and turn it into a Beastie Boys style rap rock punk tune. It leaves you in no doubt that you don't want to make Vengeance and The Panther Queen get real jobs.
This is the sort of EP that could easily give you a headache if you're not in the mood for it. For me the first half was far stronger than the second.
